Aspartatna amonijak-lijaza (EC 4.3.1.1, aspartaza, fumarna aminaza, L-aspartaza, L-aspartatna amonijak-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-aspartat amonijak-lijaza (formira fumarat).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-aspartat fumarat + NH3
